Media-Track has had a few try-outs using this formula over the last 12 months and

it turned out to be such a success that it will now become practically the only

model in place.

This simple idea is yet a very beneficial one, under the subscription program Media-Track

provides its Value Added Re-sellers with the following 4 products:

MT- Server SQL A complete tape management software for tracking tape movement using

bar code technology.

MT Billing SQL The companion product use to keep track of all transactions and produce

customer invoices.

MT-Tracker SQL A Delivery management software

Web-Connect SQL A most complete web server application giving the Value Added Re-sellers

customers access to their data real time and allowing them to prepare all their

transactions on-line as well as running various reports including inventory and

web activity of their agents all of this via the web.

The Value Added Re-sellers are also granted distribution rights for all data center

software products available. While most vendors customers will prefer using MT-Web

Connect SQL, the larger data center may require software to help them manage their

own operations. Media-Track data center products lets them achieve these tasks easily

and provide them with a way to transmit files electronically between the client

modules and the server application.

For each customer wishing to use either the MT-Web connect SQL and/or any other

of the client's modules Media-Track adjusts the subscription fee to reflect the

additional licensee. The VAR is at liberty to pass on that adjustment to its client

at a profit for the added services or software package distributed.

To preserve the competitive edge of each VAR, only one VAR subscription is granted

within a certain geographic area.

The Technology<br />All Media-track server products are 32-bit windows based, using the robust Microsoft

SQL Server technology.

Media-Track Software has users and Re-sellers in the United States, Canada, Asia

and Australia.

Media-Track’s management is confident that this new distribution program will allow

the expansion of these markets tremendously in 2003 and 2004.

Media-Track's products are used in some of the largest data centers in the world.

Over 50 million items are currently managed by Media-Track Software systems.
